✅ Return Window

We offer a 7-day return or replacement policy from the date of delivery for most products.

📦 Eligible for Return/Replacement

1. Damaged or defective products received

2. Wrong item delivered

3. Item not functioning as described

4. Manufacturing defect (with proof)

❌ Not Eligible for Return

1. Product used, installed, or tampered with

2. Packaging box or accessories missing

3. Minor scratches, dents due to handling

4. Products bought under clearance, discount, or special offers

5. Customised or bulk corporate gift orders

🔁 Replacement Process

1. Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery

2. Share unboxing video or product images for verification

3. After approval, we’ll initiate replacement, repair, or return pickup

💸 Refund Policy

1. Refunds are processed only if replacement is not possible

2. Refund is credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days

3. For COD orders, refund is transferred via bank/UPI details shared by the customer
